Blades Barber Shop has been proudly serving the Highcliffe community since 2003, offering quality haircuts in a friendly, family welcoming environment.
With over 30 years' experience as a barber and 23 as a shop owner, I founded Blades with the goal of creating a relaxed and professional space where clients of all ages feel comfortable. We cover all styles, from classic cuts to modern looks and we proudly offer cuts for men, boys, girls and ladies – especially for women who prefer a great haircut without the fuss of a traditional salon.
At Blades I work alongside a team of talented self-employed barbers who share the shop and bring their own skills and experience to the chair. Together, we focus on providing reliable, high-quality service in a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back.
We operate primarily on an appointment basis to give each customer the time and attention they deserve, but we’re always happy to welcome walk-ins when availability allows.

Tracey is the proud owner of blades barber shop which she established in 2003. With over 27 years of barbering experience, she has built a strong reputation for providing a friendly professional service and consistent high-quality haircuts.
Tracey is passionate about making every client feel welcome and comfortable, taking the time to understand each persons style and preferences. Her dedication has helped to create a loyal client base, with many customers returning to Blades year after year.
Brad has over 30 years’ experience in the hair industry. He began his career in hairdressing which gave him a strong foundation in precision style and attention to detail. Over time he transitioned into barbering, where he developed a reputation for reliable service and quality cuts in both traditional and modern men’s grooming.
His background gives him a versatile approach combining precision cutting with an eye for style, making him highly experienced across both disciplines.
Jack is a highly skilled barber and hairdresser with over 16 years of hands-on experience in the industry. His journey began in 2009 when he earned his level 2 & 3 NVQ qualifications in hairdressing, building a strong foundation in both classic and modern techniques.
Jack further expanded his expertise by completing an intensive novice barber in 2021, sharpening his precision and versatility behind the chair.
Throughout his career, Jack has stayed closely connected to the evolving world of hair and style. He has travelled to London to attend professional hairdressing shows and participate in creative photo shoots, gaining inspiration from industry leaders and bringing fresh, trend driven ideas back to his clients.
Jack takes pride in delivering high quality results that boost confidence and reflect personal style. His dedication, experience, and passion make him a trusted professional in both hairdressing and barbering.
George is a dedicated barber with over two years of hands-on experience, during which he has developed his skills, refined his technique, and built a strong understanding of client needs. He takes pride in precision, reliability, and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for every client. His focus on quality and consistency has earned him a strong reputation and the trust of his clients. Known for his professional approach and attention to detail, George ensures every client leaves feeling confident and well looked after.
